Katy Huang is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since October 2024, Katy previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at Wayfair from March 2021 to October 2024. Prior to this, Katy worked at Xcel Energy as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from July 2015 to March 2021, achieving significant results such as filling 14 cybersecurity positions in a challenging market and enhancing hiring processes for customer care roles. Early career experiences include roles at vRad and London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch, focusing on candidate sourcing and HR support. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
