Melanie Teske

Melanie Teske is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in population health and affordability. Currently serving as Vice President of Population Health and Affordability at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Melanie has held significant roles including Senior Director of Provider Payment and Network Innovation and Director of Provider Value-Based Programs. Prior experience includes roles at HealthPartners as Senior Manager of Network Management & Provider Relations, Underwriting Manager for Dental, and Senior Underwriter. Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
