Nancy Heuer

Nancy Heuer has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Nancy has worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota multiple times, with their most recent position being Delivery Lead. Prior to that, they worked at RSM US LLP as a Senior Project Manager, where they led various transformation initiatives and collaborated with senior leadership to align digital roadmaps and business requests. Nancy also served as a Scrum Master at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, overseeing the implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies and managing IT projects. Nancy has also held project management positions at Barcodes, Inc. and Anthem, Inc. Nancy's expertise includes infrastructure moves, data migration, application integration, and establishing goals and roadmaps based on costs and resources.

Nancy Heuer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Luther College, with minors in Computer Science and Economics. Nancy also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, specializing in Management Information Systems.
