Charlotte Flanagan Rn

Charlotte Flanagan, RN, BS, CPC-A, currently serves as a Medical Policy Analyst and Clinical Nurse Reviewer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since August 2016. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Executive Director at Brookdale from June 2015 to August 2016.
