Connie Kent

Connie Kent has extensive experience in benefits administration and member services, currently serving as the Director of Benefits Administration and Enrollment at Blue Cross of Idaho since June 2008. In this role, Connie manages all aspects of benefits administration across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Federal Employee Benefits, and Dental product lines, alongside overseeing enrollment and eligibility functions. Prior experience at Blue Cross of Idaho from 1999 to 2008 includes positions as Director of Member Services and Director of Government Programs, where Connie was responsible for operational management of member and provider contact centers and compliance oversight of Medicare Advantage programs. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and possesses a strong understanding of regulations related to the Affordable Care Act.
