Loretta Kelly has a diverse work experience, with roles in strategic marketing, business development, and product management. Prior to Novozymes, Loretta worked at Celanese as the Nutrinova Strategic Marketing Manager for the Americas, where they developed and implemented go-to-market strategies. Loretta also worked at Ingredion, where they held various roles including Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Intern.
Loretta Kelly completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Strategic Management and Public Policy at The George Washington University from 1999 to 2003. Afterward, they pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Entrepreneurship. This program spanned from 2008 to 2010. In 2008, Loretta also participated in an exchange program at ESSEC Business School, where they served as an Exchange Student Global Manager in the European Union.
