Pedro Hernandez is a seasoned reliability engineer with extensive experience in performance improvement and supervisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Blue Diamond Growers since October 2021, Pedro previously held positions including Performance Improvement Manager at Dignity Health, Production Supervisor at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., and Maintenance Supervisor at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Pedro's career began at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, where roles included Manufacturing Supervisor and Project Coordinator. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, earned between 2006 and 2009, Pedro brings a strong educational foundation and a diverse skill set to all endeavors.
