Carla Gould

Carla Gould has extensive experience in ATE support and medical dictation personalization, beginning with a current role at Blue Eagle Consulting, Inc. since October 2020. At Nuance Communications since October 2019, Carla has specialized in aiding physicians with Dragon Medical Dictation, including accessing features through the Epic toolbar, dictation techniques, and navigation assistance. Previously, Carla worked at Medasource from May 2019, providing support for outpatient visit scheduling and patient check-in processes, and at The HCI Group from March 2018 to August 2019, focusing on Epic Hyperspace implementation and support. Carla holds a degree in Nursing from Brown Mackie College, completed in 2008.
