Jason Maag

Jason Maag serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Blue Heron Consulting, specializing in operational, financial, and medical team coaching for veterinary professionals since February 2020. Prior to this role, Jason held various leadership positions at Trupanion, including Vice President of Veterinary Operations, where oversight of distribution channels contributed to significant business growth. Jason's experience spans several industries, including roles as District Manager for Staples and PETCO, and Store Manager for Eddie Bauer and Petco, demonstrating a consistent focus on operational excellence, talent development, and financial performance. A graduate of the University of Idaho, Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
