Phil Thompson

Phil Thompson is a seasoned Senior Residential A/E Project Manager at Blue Heron, overseeing luxury single-family community design projects since April 2023. Previously, Phil held the role of Regional A/E Project Manager at AMH, managing architectural and engineering resources for new residential developments across multiple cities. Phil co-founded SBS Development, LTD, and served as Chief Executive at First Prudential Company, along with significant positions at Visual Insights, Inc., Nadel Architecture + Planning, and MBH Architects. Phil's experience in financial services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a background in youth athletics as a board member of Girls Youth Basketball underscore a diverse skill set rooted in architecture, project management, and community engagement. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
