Tracey Horton is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Blue Illusion since September 2022. Prior to this, Tracey held various Human Resources Manager positions at companies such as Officeworks, Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd, The PAS Group Pty Ltd, Borders Books, Redgroup Retail, Borders, and Borders Asia Pacific. Tracey also worked as the National Operations Manager at The Body Shop from 1992 to 2000. Tracey holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Swinburne University of Technology, a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Deakin University, and completed the Higher School Certificate at Donvale High School.
