Courtney Tewalt

Courtney Tewalt is a Quality Systems Manager at Blue Margin Inc. Courtney has over eight years of experience in progressively responsible administrative roles. Courtney began their career as an Administrative Assistant with Helena Chemical Company where they were responsible for maintaining event details for groups sized 12-100+, gathering hotel proposals, negotiating, contracting, creating agendas, and submitting Banquet Event Orders. Courtney then transitioned into a Human Resources Shared Services Center business structure supporting Retail, Wholesale and Corporate US and Canada employees as an Administrator I, Payroll & Time Administration with Agrium. In this role, they gathered and tested business requirements for an Enterprise Time System to replace multiple time systems with one consistent and reliable system. Courtney has been with Blue Margin Inc. since February 2016 and in their current role as Quality Systems Manager, they are responsible for maintaining the quality management system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Courtney Tewalt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University. Courtney also has a BSBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Drake University.
