Carsten Gram Andersen has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Carsten Gram is currently the Group CFO at Blue Ocean Robotics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Group CFO at Glycom A/S from 2019 to 2021, where they played a key role in finding new owners for the business which resulted in a successful acquisition by DSM for EUR 765m. From 2010 to 2018, Carsten was at H. Lundbeck A/S, where they served as Vice President - Group Finance and Divisional Director - Group Planning & Reporting. Carsten Gram was responsible for managing finance teams, handling group accounting, reporting, consolidation, and compliance. Before that, Carsten worked at A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S as a Senior General Manager overseeing the consolidation and controlling team. Carsten Gram also held various roles at J.M. Huber Corporation, including Director of Finance & IT, Project Director, Director of International Integration, and Group Controller, managing financial aspects, driving ERP implementations, and providing oversight for business process re-engineering projects. Carsten started their career at Faxe Kalk A/S as a Trainee and later became the Group Controller. Carsten Gram has a strong background in finance, accounting, consolidation, and international project management.
