Erin Hallock has over 13 years of experience in venture capital and private equity investing. Erin started their career in 2003 as a Program Officer and Grants Manager for The Siragusa Foundation. In 2006, they worked as a Corporate Strategy Intern for Brown-Forman Corporation. From 2007 to 2011, they were an Associate Director at Barclays Ventures, where they were involved in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation and financing of MBO and debt for equity transactions, as well as in the monitoring and operating initiatives in mid-market companies. In 2011, they became an Investor and Founding Member at BGF, where they were responsible for the origination, completion and portfolio management of investments. In 2012, they became an Investor Director at Benefex. In 2019, they became an Investor Director at Blue Ocean Seismic Services Limited. In 2020, they became an Investor Director at Oxbotica. Most recently, in 2018, they became a Managing Partner at bp ventures, where they are responsible for the origination, completion and portfolio management of investments and leads their digital and horizon three investment activity.

Erin Hallock's education history includes a Master degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Business Administration and Strategy, Finance, a Post-Baccalaureate degree from THE LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in International Studies, and a high school diploma from Bainbridge High School.
