Sean Miller

Sean Miller has extensive experience in workforce management, beginning as a Workforce Analyst at Bell Aliant from January 1998 to 2000. Following this role, Sean served as a Workforce Forecaster at xwave from January 2000 to January 2003, and continued in workforce forecasting at ClientLogic from January 2003 to July 2006. Since July 2006, Sean has held various positions at Blue Ocean Contact Centers, progressing from Senior Workforce Manager to Director of Workforce Management.
