Hunter Rudy

Hunter Rudy is an accomplished aerospace systems engineer with a strong background in various aerospace and defense roles. Currently serving at Blue Origin since January 2022, Hunter previously worked at Raytheon Missiles & Defense as a systems engineer and at Virgin Galactic as a mass properties engineer, where contributions included maintaining vehicle changes and collaborating with engineering teams to overcome complex challenges on the Unity spaceship program. Earlier experience includes a flight sciences internship at The Spaceship Company, where infrastructure for flight dynamics software was enhanced, and research involvement at the Texas Spacecraft Laboratory, focusing on small satellite design and operation. Hunter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
