Sean Ward

Sean Ward is a Senior Managing Director of Blue Owl, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and a member of the firm’s board of directors. Sean also serves as a member of the Dyal Capital Partners Investment Team. Previously a Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Sean held several roles at Neuberger Berman after it became an independent firm, including Senior Counsel for NB Alternatives. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and credit transactions. Prior to that, Sean worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York and London.
