Alicia Komancheck

Alicia Komancheck serves as the Compensation Plan Manager at CMG Financial since April 2023. Previously, Alicia held the position of Divisional Vice President at HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. from February 2017 to March 2023. Additionally, Alicia was the Vice President of Incentive Compensation at Metrocities Mortgage from August 2008 to January 2017, where responsibility included managing the group calculating and paying out Incentive Compensation while collaborating with Sales Management for accuracy. Prior experience includes serving as AVP of Finance and Compensation at Indymac Bank from May 2003 to August 2008, specializing in sales force compensation and budgeting for the mortgage bank, and working as Assistant Manager at Aztec Shops from August 1999 to May 2003. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce from California State University San Marcos between 1999 and 2003.
