Kevin Dow

Kevin Dow has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kevin began their career at Goodrich, where they worked as a Program Finance and Corporate Business Planning and Control manager from 1986 to 1994. Kevin was responsible for financial management of contracts, business planning, cost recovery, and contract negotiations.

From 1994 to 1998, Dow worked at Visicom as a Corporate Controller. Kevin managed financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management for the company. Kevin also led the implementation of an Oracle ERP system and supervised a team of 10.

In 1998, Dow joined Pioneer International as a Region Controller/CFO, where they had financial oversight of a $2 billion business. Kevin managed back-office functions for the Southwest Region and led a team of 25 with six direct reports.

From 2000 to 2005, Dow worked at Hanson PLC as VP and Chief Financial Officer. Kevin had financial oversight of a $3 billion operation and managed all back-office functions for the Southwest Region. Kevin led a staff of 40 and five direct reports.

Kevin then joined HeidelbergCement in 2006 as Vice President and General Manager. Kevin was responsible for financial oversight of a $1 billion operation and managed up to seven direct reports. Dow was primarily focused on financial and operational reporting, synergy realization, cost control, financial planning, and capital deployment.

In 2012, Dow joined Coffman Specialties/East County Materials as a General Manager. Kevin held this position until 2016, overseeing the company's operations.

Dow then worked as Chief Financial Officer at Vortex Marine Construction, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Kevin later joined Blue Planet Systems in 2018 as their Chief Financial Officer.

In 2000, they undertook Post Graduate Education in Business from Harvard University. Lastly, in the years 2005 to 2006, they earned a Certificate in Business with a focus on International Leadership from McGill University.
