Kaleb Radke

Kaleb Radke has a range of work experience across various industries. Kaleb started their career as an Intern at Physiotherapy Associates in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Facility Worker at Grand Valley State University, where they were responsible for maintaining the campus and buildings. Kaleb then transitioned to a role as an Event Assistant at Drury University, where they assisted in game day operations and worked alongside the assistant athletic director. Kaleb also served as a Graduate Assistant, functioning as an assistant coach and managing study hall hours for student athletes.

In 2014, Kaleb worked as a Community Outreach Intern at Metro Health, primarily focusing on setting up a workout program for employees and assisting in community outreach projects. Kaleb also shadowed the director of human population to learn about increasing diversity within the organization.

In 2018, they moved back to Grand Valley State University as a Fan Development Manager, reconciling money from ticketed events and coordinating group sales initiatives. Kaleb then transitioned to a role as an Operations Manager at CVS Health in 2020, where they focused on driving store execution and performance through excellent customer service and strategic store management.

In 2021, Kaleb joined Gorrill Palmer as an Accounting Assistant, where they utilized Ajera software to perform account receivable and account payable duties. Kaleb also ensured accuracy with client receipts and invoices and monitored aging invoices using account statements.

Currently, Kaleb is working at Blue Rabbit Veterinary as an AR Analyst. In this role, they are responsible for managing accounts and orders for three out of the six acquired pharmacies. Kaleb utilizes various software tools like Oracle Netsuite, Pharmetika, Shopify, and PaySimple to ensure accurate reporting and collection of funds.

Kaleb Radke pursued their Master of Communication degree in Organizational Leadership & Change from Drury University. Kaleb attended the university from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
