Oscar Posas

Oscar Posas is an experienced professional in the solar energy industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Tephra Solar since May 2023. Previously, Oscar held the position of Regional Install Manager at Blue Raven Solar from July 2019, overseeing installation operations in Colorado Springs and Denver South. Oscar also worked as a Lead Installer at Kosmos Solar from February 2017 to May 2019, and as an Installer at Solar CenTex from October 2015 to October 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Solar Installer at Efficient Energy of Tennessee from March 2014 to October 2015.
