Michelle Warren

Michelle Warren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle began their career in 2003 as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and then worked as a Recruiter Associate at Novant Health, specializing in RNs for various departments. In 2007, Michelle joined Robertson Marketing as a Sales Assistant, where they focused on logo marketing and environmentally-friendly products. Michelle then moved to Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare in 2008, working in Human Resources. Currently, Michelle is employed at PurePoint Marketing as a Product Development Specialist, where they assist business partners with brand marketing and promotional products.

Michelle Warren obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Spanish from Salem College, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Northside from 1996 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Michelle obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2023. Michelle also obtained the Getting Talent Back to Work Certificate from SHRM in October 2022. Before that, in June 2022, they completed the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM. Michelle became a certified Foster Parent in May 2018, and in April 2015, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid (Adult) certification from Mental Health First Aid USA. Finally, in April 2012, they became a Notary Public through the Commonwealth of Virginia.
