Michaela Presnell

Michaela Presnell CAM, CALP is an experienced community manager with a strong background in property management and client relations. Currently serving as Community Manager at Blue Ridge Companies since June 2020, Michaela has also held roles as Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Venue Coordinator at Summerfield Farms (NC) from October 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included client communication and venue management. Michaela began a career in the hospitality industry at Texas Roadhouse, working from August 2013 to October 2019 as a Trainer/Bartender and Trainer/Server. Michaela earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in November 2020.
