Alyson Spencer, MHA has a strong background in healthcare quality improvement and compliance. With experience at Blue Shield of California, Care 1st Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, and Children's Physicians Medical Group, Alyson has a track record of overseeing and developing quality improvement programs, leading HEDIS initiatives, managing accreditation facilitation, and establishing value-based payment agreements with provider groups. Alyson's expertise also includes oversight of potential quality of care concerns, credentialing committees, and delegation compliance. Alyson is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management to further enhance their skills in the field.
