Amanda Raudsep has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Amanda started their career in 2009 as a Technical Sourcer at Workforce Logic at Google. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Public Health Associate and later as a Public Health Advisor. In 2015, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager and later held roles as a Sr. Consultant and Program Director in the Strategic Projects and Physician Health & Wellness departments. In 2018, Amanda became a Marketing Manager at Grand Rounds, Inc., where they focused on engagement strategy. Most recently, starting in 2020, they joined Blue Shield of California as a Consultant in Engagement Marketing and is currently serving as a Principal in MindBody Medicine Marketing & PR.

Amanda Raudsep holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. In addition to their undergraduate education, Amanda has obtained several certifications, including Product Marketing Foundations, UX Foundations: Research, UX Research Methods: Card Sorting, and UX Research Methods: Interviewing, all from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in March 2020.
