Brian Bolyard

Brian Bolyard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operational readiness. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the IT Service Management Office at Blue Shield of California since August 2016, Brian oversees Incident and Problem Management, Infrastructure Release Management, and Enterprise Disaster Recovery. Previously, Brian held various roles at Intel Corporation from January 1999 to May 2016, including Service Desk Supplier Management, where management of a $5M annual supplier budget and global IT outsourcing supplier strategy was a key responsibility. Brian also managed IT service operations, global service desk operations across multiple locations, and led teams focusing on continuous improvement and technical support. Brian holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from West Valley College and attended San José State University from 1991 to 1993.
