Harry Singh

Harry Singh has held various roles in the field of business analysis and systems analysis. Harry began their career at Optus, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from 1996 to 1999. Harry then joined DST Innovis as a Development Analyst, where they worked from 2000 to 2004. Harry then worked as a Business Analyst at DHHS- Sac County from 2005 to 2007. Harry briefly worked as a Business Analyst at Esurance Inc. in 2008. Harry joined CalSTRS in 2009 as a Business Analyst and was responsible for facilitating JAD sessions, documenting business requirements, and performing detailed requirements analysis. In 2011, Harry joined Xerox Services as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked on upgrading the Medi-cal system to the 5010 HIPAA Standard. Harry also joined Blueshield of California in 2011 as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Most recently, Harry has been working at Blue Shield of California as a Lead Business Analyst since 2016.

Harry Singh completed a Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from GGN Institute of Computer Science from 1987 to 1988. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Economics from Panjab University from 1983 to 1987.
