Melissa Belluz Garcia

Melissa Belluz Garcia, MPH, MCHES, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Clinical Program Manager at Blue Shield of California since August 2015, where responsibilities include managing clinical programs related to Medicare Stars and Population Health Management.
