Scott Cullen

Scott Cullen is an experienced project and operations manager with a strong background in claims management, customer service, and business improvement initiatives. Currently serving as Claims Technical Project Manager at NFU Mutual since November 2021, Scott previously held the position of Business Change and Project Manager at CU Coventry, where notable achievements included leading the establishment of Coventry University Wroclaw in Poland. Scott’s extensive experience in customer service is highlighted by roles at Virgin Atlantic Airways and Thomson Airways, where effective team management and conflict resolution skills were key to enhancing customer experiences. In earlier positions, Scott demonstrated a capacity for recruitment and project management at Randstad UK, successfully developing contact center divisions and fostering community partnerships.
