Mike Webb

Mike Webb's work experience includes roles in two different companies. From 1997 to 2012, they worked at Franklin Templeton Investments, where they held various positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Supervisor - Command Center. Since 2012, Mike has been employed by Blue Shield of California, where they have worked as a Senior Manager - Business Platform Services, Principal of Member Experience, and currently as Principal, Health Solutions Strategic Planning & Performance.

Mike Webb's education history includes attending California State University, Chico, where they did not obtain a degree. Mike then enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Mike Webb obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2023.
