Pragnya Dacha is currently working as an Information Technology Support Analyst intermediate at Blue Shield of California. Prior to this, Pragnya worked as an Application Support Analyst at Connective Broker Services and as a Community Volunteer at Port Phillip Community Group. Pragnya has also held positions such as Network Operations Technician at Telstra, IT Service Desk Analyst at Fujitsu Australia Limited, Senior Customer Service Representative at Amazon, and Technical Support Associate at Tech Mahindra. Pragnya holds a B-tech in Information Technology from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad and completed high school at Samaritans High School.
