Rakesh Jain

Rakesh Jain currently serves as the Data Solutions Lead at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of complex data-driven enterprise solutions and consulting on business initiatives related to data sourcing and logical data design. Previous experience includes roles as VP and Lead Data Architect at U.S. Bank, where Rakesh led digital transformation projects and managed a team of over 30 engineers, and as Lead Data Engineer at Poshmark, overseeing initiatives across various teams to enhance brand advertising and customer retention. Rakesh also held positions at Apple as Lead Data Engineer for the iAd platform and at Netflix as a Senior Data Engineer, contributing to marketing efforts and big data integration processes. Rakesh holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering from San José State University.
