Vishal Tare

Vishal Tare is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Blue Shield of California since October 2016, Vishal has been actively involved in requirement gathering and documentation processes. Prior roles include Data Engineer at Nabors Industries, where responsibilities included data flow management from Oracle EBS to Hyperion, and Project Lead at Syntel, specializing in translating business requirements into technical specifications. Vishal has also held positions at Cisco Systems, focusing on IT analysis, support leadership, and development roles, while earlier experience includes a development role at UTI Mutual Fund.
