Wendy Carpenter

Wendy Carpenter serves as the Executive Director of Health Care Operations at Blue Skies of Texas, formerly known as The Air Force Village. With over 26 years of experience at Air Force Villages, Inc, Wendy oversees all health care and wellness services including home health, memory care, and hospice. Wendy holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's College and a BAAS in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. In their role, Wendy focuses on strategic planning, program development, and ensuring compliance with fiscal responsibilities. Wendy regularly engages with residents, families, staff, and the Board of Directors.
