Brandon Addison has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Agent at Blue Sky eLearn, where they provided technical support by phone and email, troubleshot technical hardware and software issues, tracked cases in a ticketing system, and followed up with customers. Brandon also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Diversified Technologies LLC, where they explained technical information to non-technical individuals, installed voting and election equipment, and prepared and tested voting equipment for elections. In 2018, they worked as a Server at The Lady and Sons, where they kept updated knowledge of menu and promotions, increased daily sales by 5%, and worked with a POS system. Finally, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at IGA, INC., where they were a Store Manager and Bagger. As a Store Manager, they completed daily profit and loss performance reports and managed over 12 workers. Brandon also rotated merchandise and displays to feature new products and promotions.

Brandon Addison is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: an Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS from Code Academy, which they obtained in May 2020, and an Introduction to Programming Using Java from Code Academy, which they obtained in November 2017.
