Amanda Yeram

Amanda Yeram has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Amanda began their career in 2002 as an Administrative NCO in the United States Marine Corps, where they collected and analyzed data, prepared reports on audit findings, and ensured compliance with laws and regulations. In 2006, they joined TechFlow, Inc. as an Administrative Manager, where they directed and coordinated supportive services, prepared operational reports, and set goals for the department. Amanda then transitioned to Park University as a student from 2011 to 2014.

Since 2014, Amanda has been associated with Blue Star Families, where they have held multiple roles. Amanda started as a Hunt Fellow, contributing to the organization's operations. In 2016, they became a Business Operations Manager, assisting with various functions such as HR, finance, fundraising, and data entry. In this role, they also played a key role in developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Amanda was promoted to Senior Business Operations Manager in 2016 and then to Director of Operations in 2019. More recently, they assumed the position of Senior Director of Operations in July 2021.

Amanda Yeram completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Park University in the years 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University in 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Amanda has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as team management, decision-making, and effective communication. Amanda completed these certifications in November 2017.
