Navdeep Singh Duggal

Navdeep Singh Duggal has a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Navdeep currently holds the role of Head of Plant Procurement at Blue Star Limited, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Bajaj Electricals Ltd from 2022 to 2023. In this role, Navdeep led various sourcing initiatives, improved plant payables, enhanced supply chain capacity, and achieved significant cost reductions. Navdeep also played a key role in implementing SAP Hana in the plant and supporting Zero Waste to Landfill certification. Before joining Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Navdeep worked as a Purchasing Manager at Havells India Ltd from 2021 to 2022. Navdeep began their career at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. in 2009, where they held the roles of Associate Manager Strategic Sourcing and Deputy Manager, Materials. During their time at Godrej & Boyce, Navdeep focused on cost optimization projects, make or buy analysis, assessing supplier capabilities, and managing end-to-end supply chain for the compressor manufacturing plant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in procurement, supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and implementing efficient processes.

Navdeep Singh Duggal received their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering & Technology. Prior to that, they completed their HSC in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Malwa School. Additionally, Navdeep has obtained a C certificate from the National Cadet Corps.
