Santhosh Damodaran

Santhosh Damodaran is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Operations at Blue Star M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd., where responsibilities include heading operations for air-conditioning and ventilation projects. Prior to this role, Santhosh was the Branch Head and Deputy General Manager at EMPG, overseeing the Electro-Mechanical Project Division. Experience also includes serving as MEP Manager at MUSHRIF Trading & Contracting Co. KSCP, where Santhosh managed MEP services for a significant hotel tower project in Abu Dhabi, and as a Senior HVAC Project Engineer at Thermo LLC, executing HVAC systems for residential projects. Early career involvement includes sales and marketing of pollution control equipment at Batliboi Ltd. Santhosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat and a Diploma in Export Management.
