Ofer Koren

Ofer Koren has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Ofer co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Café Landwer, one of Israel's leading coffeehouse chains with branches in Toronto, Boston, and L.A. The company is known for its high-quality coffee and exceptional service. Ofer also co-founded Blue Stripes Urban Cacao, a company focused on revolutionizing the cacao industry. Ofer founded the company with Oded Brenner, the brains behind Max Brenner's Chocolate restaurant chain. Ofer was also the co-founder and CEO of Bread Art, an artisan bread, fresh pasta, and pastries factory specializing in par-baked bread and patisserie production. In addition, Ofer co-founded Landwer North America and served as the co-founder and CEO of ALMA CAFE LTD. Ofer was also the co-founder and CEO of Lilienblum 22, and they worked as a consultant for Sushia.

Ofer Koren completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic college of Tel-Aviv between 1997 and 2000. Ofer later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University for the period of 2016 to 2018.
