Rezzie Dela Rosa is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on sushi preparation. Currently serving as a Sushi Chef at Blue Sushi Sake Grill since June 2017, Rezzie has developed a strong skill set in this specialty cuisine. Prior experience includes a role as BOH Captain at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano from January 2016 to January 2018 and food preparation at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants for a short duration in 2017. Rezzie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the College of DuPage, completed between 2015 and 2017, and has a background in General Education from Elgin Community College from 2013 to 2014.
