Mohit Mishra

Mohit Mishra has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with their most recent role as a City Head at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing 19 outlets in Mumbai, Thane West, and Pune, ensuring profitability and smooth daily operations. Mohit also managed food costs and handled various tasks on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.

Prior to that, Mohit worked as an Area Operations Manager at Tim Hortons, where they were responsible for 12 outlets in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Punjab. Mohit reported to the GM Operations and had similar responsibilities of maintaining profitability and smooth operations, as well as managing food costs.

Before joining Tim Hortons, Mohit served as a Business Manager at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., where they oversaw the smooth operation of restaurants. Mohit was responsible for maintaining excellent guest service and relations, ensuring quality products and services, and adhering to the organization's mission and vision. Mohit reported to the ARM and managed a team of 87 members.

Earlier in their career, Mohit held the position of Cluster Manager at Tim Hortons, where they worked from 2015 to 2018, and Multi Unit Manager at Tichinos cafe & restaurant FZCO from 2014 to 2015. Both roles involved managing daily operations, maintaining food costs, and handling various tasks.

Mohit's career in the food and beverage industry began as a Cafe General Manager at Costa Coffee, where they worked from 2011 to 2014.

Mohit Mishra completed their 10th from Lucknow (Up Board) in Mathematics during the academic year 2003-2004. Mohit then pursued 10+2 from Allahabad UP Board with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences during the academic year 2005-2006. In addition to their formal education, Mohit obtained the Person In charge Certificate by Dubai MCD and received training in Basic Food & Hygiene in November 2015.
