Your Role: As the People Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and enhancing the employee experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our people operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and engagement. Your goal will be to create an environment where our team members can thrive, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities: ·      Employee Engagement and Development: o   Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. o   Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement. o   Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees.

·      HR Policies and Compliance: o   Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. o   Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements. o   Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

·      Compensation and Benefits: o   Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs. o   Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages. o   Manage the annual salary review process and employee benefits enrollment. ·    HR Data and Reporting: o   Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data. o   Generate regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment KPIs. o   Use data insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Desired Skills & Experience: ·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ·      7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in the e-commerce or digital agency industry. ·      Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·      Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. ·      Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

Preferred Skills: ·      SHRM-CP or PHR certification. ·      Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ·      Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and challenges. ·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
