Product Director - Fuel Cell Stack, Fuel Reformer and Medium Duty (motive) systems at Blue World Technologies

Martin Grøn has over 14 years of experience in the fuel cell industry. Martin began their career in 2006 as a Specialist Standards & Legislation/project manager at Dantherm Power A/S. In 2009, they were promoted to Regulatory Affairs Manager and Quality Manager at the same company. From 2011 to 2014, they were Production & Quality Manager at SerEnergy A/S. Martin then moved to Ballard Power Systems Europe A/S in 2014, where they were Technology Solutions & Regulatory Affairs Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Head of Mobility at SerEnergy A/S. In 2018, they founded and advised Gumpert Aiways Automobile GmbH (Danish branch) and was Business Development Manager at R&D A/S - Engineering Solutions & Consulting. In 2019, they became Chairman of the Dansk Standard - National Committee - Hydrogen and Fuel Cells and Product Director - Fuel Cell Stack, Fuel Reformer and Medium Duty (motive) systems, as well as Head of Product Management and Head of Platform Architecture at Blue World Technologies.

Martin Grøn has completed a Diploma of Engineering Business Administration (EBA) from VIA University College from 2017 to 2021 in the field of Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they studied Production Engineer, operation & quality engineering from University College Nordjylland from 2004 to 2006. From 2002 to 2004, they studied Surveyor at Aalborg University. Martin also obtained an International Higher Commercial Examination from Business College Frederikshavn and the International University in Pécs, Hungary in 2000 to 2001 in the field of International Business & Economics. Martin also obtained a GCSE from Frederikshavn Gym. & HF from 1997 to 2000 in the field of Mathematical. Additionally, they attended Ulster University in 2009 for Hydrogen Safety: Regulations, Codes and Standards and Dantherm Academy in 2008 to 2009 for the Propeller program.
