Mauricio Maldonado

Mauricio Maldonado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and supply chain analysis. Since April 2016, Mauricio has served as a Sr Support Engineer at Blue Yonder, leveraging technical skills and product expertise to resolve customer issues while employing strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Prior to Blue Yonder, Mauricio worked at JDA Software as a Technical Analyst, also focusing on customer support, and held a role as a Supply Chain Analyst at BTC International, where responsibilities included JDA Supply Chain Planning and training. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Analyst at Aspen Technology, providing support and training for various software products, and completing an internship with Schlumberger, recognized for outstanding scholarship achievements. Mauricio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, and a Master of Technology from Universidad Tecmilenio.
