Erica Phelan currently serves as AVP Velocity Sales - East at BlueAlly since April 2024. Previously, Erica Phelan held several leadership roles at Cisco from July 2013 to April 2024, including Senior Leader - Virtual Sales for Service Providers, overseeing a go-to-market strategy, and Leader of Virtual Sales for the US Public Sector, managing a sales team focused on K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal customers. Erica Phelan's earlier experience includes roles as Account Manager and Virtual Sales Specialist at Cisco, and as a Quality Control Manager for Personal Lending at SECU, where management of a $1B lending portfolio was central.
