Ian Williams-Wynn is currently serving as the Managing Director at Blue Bear Systems Research Ltd, where he specializes in Unmanned Air Systems (UAVs/UAS) and other technology solutions. He also holds the title of Director at CASSIMA, focusing on Live, Virtual & Constructive (LVC) modelling and simulation. Additionally, Ian is a Fellow at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and a Director at Opsydium Ltd, specializing in innovation and SME consultancy. Throughout his career, he has also held various leadership roles in companies such as Navtech Radar Ltd, Innalabs, Cosworth, and Analytical Graphics Inc. Ian has an extensive educational background, with qualifications in marketing, remote sensing, and mammalian physiology.
