Dean Martin

Dean Martin has over 12 years of experience in marketing and communications roles. Dean is currently working as the Head of Marketing at Bluebird Care, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the National Marketing Manager at Bluebird Care from January 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Bluebird Care, Dean worked as the Marketing Communications and Operations Manager at Micheldever Group from June 2019 to December 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at The National Museum of the Royal Navy, serving as Deputy Head of Marketing from June 2017 to June 2019 and as a Marketing Communications Manager from July 2015 to June 2017.

Dean also has experience as a Marketing Communications Officer at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard from December 2013 to July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for strategic development and tactical delivery of marketing campaigns. Additionally, they have worked as a Marketing Manager at Allied Healthcare from October 2012 to October 2013, overseeing local marketing activities for branches of the company.

Dean began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at SAGA Homecare from June 2010 to October 2012 and as a Business Development Executive at Qudos Travel Company from August 2008 to March 2010.

Dean Martin attended Westlands School, Sittingbourne from 1995 to 2001. After completing their A-Levels at Westlands School Sixth Form from 2001 to 2004, they went on to study at the University of Portsmouth from 2005 to 2008. At the university, they earned a BSc degree with a 2:1 in Leisure Management & Marketing.
