Jacqueline Shipma

Jacqueline Shipma's work experience includes serving as the General Counsel at Bluebird Network since June 2021. Jacqueline also worked as a Consultant at Datagamz from June 2022 to September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Legal Counsel at Lincoln University of Missouri from January 2019 to June 2021. Jacqueline has extensive experience as the General Counsel at the Missouri State Public Defender from September 2015 to October 2018 and at Missouri NEA from January 2000 to September 2015.

Jacqueline Shipma completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the same university from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley in 1985 to study law. Lastly, Jacqueline obtained their Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating in 2010.
