James Fine

James Fine currently serves as a Senior Communications Office Assistant for the City of Cupertino, a position held since March 2023. Additionally, James Fine has been a Script Writer at Illumeably Media, LLC since November 2022 and a Script Reader for the BlueCat Screenplay Competition since the same month in 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Facility Attendant for the City of Los Altos from July 2022 to July 2024 and as a Customer Service Representative for the City of Cupertino from October 2014 to December 2022. James Fine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from San Jose State University (2019-2021) and an Associate of Arts in Film from De Anza College (2014-2018).
