Bhavin Poladia

Bhavin Poladia has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Programmer and Circuit Designer at Shreeji Electronics in 2011. Bhavin then worked as a Test Engineer at CTDI from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they joined Sutherland Global Services as a Technical Support Consultant and later became a Resolution Specialist and Supervisor at the Escalation Desk. In 2016, Bhavin joined Exinda Networks as a Network Optimization Engineer, where they provided level 3 support, conducted POCs, and collaborated with vendors. In 2018, they joined Adaptiv Networks as a Network Support Engineer. Currently, Bhavin works at BlueCat, starting as an Enterprise Support Analyst in 2019. Bhavin then progressed to the role of MSP Enablement and Support Engineer and is currently serving as a Team Lead - Enterprise Support.

Bhavin Poladia completed their Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they have several certifications including BlueCat Certified Support Provider, BlueCat Advanced Certified Professional, BlueCat Fundamentals Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security), CCNP Cisco Certified Networking Professional, and CCNA Cisco Certified Networking Associate.
